About Me  

Hello! My name is Nicole Judy, I am a college student, and I have been teaching piano in the Parrish/Ellenton area for the last 5 years. In that time, I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach students of all ages, 6 and up (even adults!) from the beginner to intermediate/early advanced skill levels. 

I first began taking piano lesson when I was around 6 years old. I continued taking lessons for the next 9 years until my teacher at the time moved away. Even though I decided not to continue with formal piano lessons, I still would practice on my own, learning the songs in the books I already had, searching the internet to find new material, watching YouTube videos to learn new concepts, and simply playing by ear. 

In my senior year of high school, I began teaching piano on the weekends. To be honest, I never expected that in just a few short years, I would be able to turn my love for music into a wonderfully rewarding part-time job. And, as long as I am in the area, I plan to continue teaching piano, even after I receive my college degree.

I am currently enrolled at USF in St. Pete, and am working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. I also hope to earn an Associates in Graphic Design with the goal of working with local and small businesses to promote their brand/product within their community.
